COBRA FIT classes are 45-minutes in duration and combine kickboxing against bags with strength training using resistance bands. Every class also include core and flexibility exercises.

Classes are instructed by an internationally certified trainer who will help you master the techniques and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. It is like having your own personal trainer at a faction of the cost!
